I couldn’t be more proud of this young man today! To know this young man this was no easy task citing our Creed in front of his teammates. I don’t know if it was him saying it all or his teammates mobbing him but it was hard for me to hold the emotions in afterwards.

I’ve been waiting on this one my whole life!

1st ELL Institute is in the books. Strong group of dedicated @rucoschools teachers gave up three days of their 1st week off to learn how to better support their ELs in their mainstream classrooms. We had some amazing coaches to help lead as well. @rucoschools @MrGullion
