5 weeks down, 13 to go, starting to find some rhythm

Week 4 down and another build week. 18 miles today was tough, but done!

The leg is done after 7 days in the chair!

Marathon week 3 training done, a few on the treadmill this week!

It's week 1 of the marathon project. This cycle starts off the back or a few weeks of illness so a big mileage step up compared to normal

Next project... if you've seen my edexcel teaching materials on TES, I'm planning to start creating sparx curriculum materials from September.

We have a new resident!

Tattoo day 5! Inner thigh is sore!!! Behind the knee not as horrendous as expected. Hamstring also tender. All structure done. 2 more days to go i think!

@wright_maths We have 4 hours per week, they are adding 1 hour per week, but not in their maths classes and not for triple science students, so it will be a standalone lesson once per week. It means we can't merge content with normal GCSE

@MrHawtinMaths Is that on top of your maths lessons? How many lessons a week do you have to teach KS4? We are looking at introducing it.

Anyone teach edexcel gcse stats. It is being added to our curriculum. We will have 1 hour per week with year 10 and 11... so 2 years of 1 hour a week. Any go to's for resources or any useful materials?

Day 4 of the leg sleeve. Calf is definitely less painful than the shin!

I made it. Hard 2nd half in the heat, but a pb so no disappointment. Couple of gps jumps made it look like I'd ran further.

Leg sleeve day 3... i can confirm the knee is the worst area ever!

Has anyone out there moved on to sparx maths curriculum? We are next year (not by choice)... anyone created any curriculum documents as all they have on the site are some example pairs and an overview.
