So proud of the achievements of the schools, staff and all of the students across all of the year groups I’ve worked with this year.
Personally I’ve developed and got my spark back as well.

Former PSFA boys were crowned champions of the SW Youth Alliance League. Lewis Colwell, Sam Lord & Joel Sullivan, Finn Wilkes & Henry Donovan were amongst the squad who’s made history! Amazing stuff from all involved and incredible to see the development of the boys. 💚🏆

@jamiePEBus I’ve got them writing their down their intake from the day before and analysing it against what they’ve looked at in the lesson in terms of macros….then creating a daily intake diary for a selected athlete of a particular sport and justifying it….at present

@MrJMHarris Get them to bring different types of food in and then have to work out their diet based on macro breakdown. Cross curricular with maths and importance of hitting each macro for different athletes. Then get the class to donate the food to charity at the end.
