Also today I was waiting with three others, two of whom had travelled over an hour from other cities to come see this flat ?!?!?!?!?! The agent was 10 minutes late then their colleague called to say the viewing had been cancelled ?!?!?!?! I hate.

Out of three flat viewings in Birmingham this week, two have been cancelled while I've been waiting outside the building, with pretty shoddy excuses. I don't understand how such bad form is allowed, and seems to be common? Lettings agents explain.
