Oakwood has long been the spiritual and intellectual heart of Black Adventism. As the “school of the prophets” seeks a new Dean, the moment calls for reflection. Here’s my take on what’s at stake. 👇

@StephanieKrom1 @TinaZimmermann4 @MachinMar55086 Please keep us updated. As I understand it, the one you tried before didn't do much. Perhaps the next one might be more potent if it requires a pharmacist.

@NordicOfTheWolf High levels of OCD and autism, or high levels of OCD?

@JessicasuAKA As a father of two autistic boys 1 year apart (3 and 2 years old), I completely understand. And worry what will happen when I'm not around., Meanwhile, I run into those who (not being autistic themselves) speak of it as if its the greatest gift.

Two private quotes lol. I'm a Dr, disability studies scholar and a disabled expert on historical autism and disability. I have spend my career showing the importance of neurodiversity to historical events and societies. I still have a disability which has made my life often isolated and difficult at best. It's not like my dercums disease which is hellish and has NO POSITIVES but it's still disabling beyond how society treats us. Theres a reason why the social model of disability is no longer the gold standard theory in disability studies. Celebrating neurodiversity is important but so is acknowledging that same brain difference disables us.

There's a really good sci fi book about autism thats basically unknown still. The speed of dark I think. In it theres whole offices and job sectors run by autistic folk and suited to us. Total inclusion yet seperation too. Then a cure for autism is found. It ain't pretty though. You have to learn everything again with your reformed brain. Yet some not all of the characters choose to face that. Some folk on twitter seem like they'd stop folk choosing it if it was real. I am proud of what I have done while being autistic but it's disabled me a lot. My ability to find work, friendships, love etc etc have been damaged by it terribly.

@TinaZimmermann4 @MachinMar55086 I’ve got the pine needle tea with suramin in it but it didn’t do much for my nonverbal toddler. Where can I get the good stuff?

@ihtesham2005 Kind of remind me of the second brain idea but much more sophisticated.

I spotted a lawyer recently at a big law firm doing something on his laptop between depositions.
Took me a second to realize what I was looking at.
He had NotebookLM open with 6 years of case files uploaded.
Here's what he was actually doing.
I watched him paste in a fresh deposition transcript and run one prompt: "Cross-reference this testimony against all prior statements in this case and flag every contradiction with exact page citations."
What used to take a paralegal team 2 days came back in 90 seconds.
But that wasn't the part that broke my brain.
He uploads every opposing counsel's past filings into a separate notebook.
Then asks: "What argumentation patterns does this attorney rely on and where have those arguments failed in court before?"
He walks into every hearing already knowing how the other side thinks.
I asked him how long he'd been doing this.
"Since I realized billing hours for document review was making me dumber."
His win rate in summary judgment motions is up. His prep time is down 60%.
His partners think he just got sharper with experience.
He told me the experience part is true.
He just has a 6-year memory that never forgets a page number.

@NICKIMINAJ Stay out of politics. You’ve signed up to be the clowns puppet, the people read through you.

Do politicians realize it will be the beginning of the end for them if the #SaveAmericaAct doesn’t pass?
I think they believe it would just be a little gotcha moment toward Trump & that they’ll ride off happily into the sunset cheating, lying, committing more fraud & prioritizing their new illegal immigrant base over their own citizens.
Do they not realize the ppl have now seen behind the curtain & that can’t be undone?
It will create a monster that they can’t defeat.
How do you rationalize not passing a bill that the entire country wants — when you were elected by the people for the people to represent the people…?
I don’t think they’ve thought it out.
Perhaps they should rethink 💭

Have empathy for the victims, not those who inflict pain on others
Resist the Mainstream@ResisttheMS
WATCH: Elon Musk points out that "the fundamental moral flaw of the left is empathy for the criminals and not empathy for the victims." "It's undermining the people's faith in the legal system. It needs to stop."

@JamesTate121 We all believe that the president is capable of this. But posting Ai fakes is going to make you unreliable.

When it is normal for a president who is an adjudicated rapist a proven insurrectionist and adulterer to sexually assault a secret service agent on camera America is broken. x.com/Suzierizzo1/st…

This is what happens when you take the FBI out of Washington and put it back where it belongs, in the fight.
• 6,200+ missing kids located, +30%
• 1,700 child predators arrested, +17%
• 300+ human traffickers arrested, +15%
• 764 criminal networks dismantled, arrests +20%
• Online exploitation & NVE arrests up 490%
• 3.8M+ pedophile accounts terminated on the dark web
• 435+ VCAC arrests, 300+ indictments
• 322+ child victims located
• 500+ child predator & HT arrests this year
• Just rescued two minors, a 16-year-old and a 7-month-old
We rebuilt this FBI from the ground up, pushed agents into the field, and turned every tool we have against these sick criminals.
This FBI is coming for them.

@Outdoctrination @focusjonah It is about 8 years later and there is no attempt to reproduce or sort out benefits of these findings? Red light therapy doesn't sound like something that would require a crazy amount of money.
