Does anyone know why Magento has conflicting ideas of how to name the primary id field in a table? It appears the model assumes this should be set to `id`, however the resource model assumes this to be `main_table_id`.

@nuzil Did you try GraphQL on top of the application server from 2.4.7-beta1?

If somebody interesting - avg. time for place an order in #Magento via API: REST - 2.5 sec GQL multiple requests - 3.3 sec GQL single request - 1.5 sec Different in last 2 - first I sent requests one by one, on second try I sent all in single request.

I definitely don't want to sound disgruntled.. But I also kinda don't know why we're not talking about our tools not quite fitting the task?

I definitely don't hate PHP. I use it, know it well, and it's very popular. But I think that we need something better for the web.. at least someday.. That handles the concurrent nature of web applications without such significant accidental complexity. It's not a great fit..
