Imagine the impact if instead of striking for 4 days, all teachers for the foreseeable worked the ‘9am-3pm’ term time many believe they do!

@MrsRelkaw @NASUWT Online was to gauge interest and assess , wasn’t ‘official’ voting. The ballot paper then came separate.

Ballot Result: 9 in 10 of our members voted to strike for the pay they deserve. But despite this overwhelming result, the Government’s anti-trade union legislation has prevented members in state-funded schools and colleges from taking industrial action. Our statement:
