@ChillinwifQ @ushmm Hi! I wanted a way for kids to describe connections between the events of the Holocaust and the ordinary people. Once they could prove they could talk about it, I had them write about two of their triads. I find hex thinking forces kids to think a bit more vs just fill an answer.

Using the Some Were Neighbors exhibit from the @ushmm, students Iron Chefed some resources. Then, we used Hexagonal Thinking to see how ordinary people and motivations contributed to different aspects of the Holocaust #sschat #eduprotocols

Started WWII today! After discovering some negative reviews of the History Channel docu-movie The World Wars, students completed ☑️A Graffiti Wall of key vocab ☑️A Thin Slide ☑️A CyberSandwich to get the whole story ☑️An analysis of the documentary as a historian #sschat

Today, I coached the class of 2025 for the last time ever. The past 4 years has been the most fun I’ve ever had on a baseball field. While it didn’t end the way we thought it would, I’m thankful I got to be a part of their journey.
