Big thank you to Melissa for coming in to @FMMtweets do a Q and A and taping demonstration with our #PSK4U students. Students got to learn how to tape ankles and gain some knowledge on injury prevention and rehabilitation!

A big thank you to our grade 12 leaders @SBAtoday who presented to our #Kickstart students. In conjunction with @YorkRegionGovt Public Health and @ycdsb Mental Health, future grade 9 students were informed and educated on the harmful effects of vaping, e-cigarettes and cannabis.

Our @SBAtoday Hockey Buyout was a huge success! Instead of money all classes attending donated food for the @MarkhamFoodBank. Cardinal spirit was alive and well, and our boys got themselves a 4-1 win! Way to go Cardinals! @MrMPontes @MrShouldice

#PLF4M Grade 12 leadership students @SBAtoday preparing non-perishable food donations in support of the #MarkhamFoodBank. Students started a Christmas Food Drive in conjunction with the senior boys hockey buyout today. One donation was one ticket to the game!

The boys lose a tough semifinals to a very good #BishopReding squad. All in all, a very successful tournament leading into the start of our season. The @SBAtoday #Cardinals finish a 4-1 record over the course of two days, with a lot of positives going forward!

Your @SBAtoday senior boys hockey team went undefeated in round robin play today at the #MahlerClassic finishing first in group D. Boys are back on the ice tomorrow at 8:15am. First a team dinner @TheKeg.

The senior boys hockey team @SBAtoday kicked off the regular season yesterday against #SacredHeart. It was a hard fought game, but the boys came away with a 5-3 victory! #GoCardinals @MrShouldice
