@RobertAlai In Nyanza and western Kenya we tend to keep bodies from 2 - 4 weeks in the mortuary that's why they need more space.

The owner of Montezuma must really have a tribal mind which takes Kisumu as only full of dying flies whose biggest investment near a highway is a 150 capacity mortuary. In Nairobi they have a 48 capacity mortuary but they think that Kisumu must get a bigger one.

🚨 Manchester City will let Pep Guardiola decide what he wants to do with his future. As reported since January, Enzo Maresca is the favorite candidate if/when Pep decides to leave. Despite reports on Kompany, #MCFC really appreciate Maresca. 🎥➕ youtu.be/KCPI715oD7M

How Much Money Did Dr. James Mwangi, the Equity Bank CEO, Make in 2025 From the Bank He Leads? √ He is not the highest-paid CEO in Kenya, but he takes home roughly KSh 10 million every month, which totals about KSh 120 million per year. √ If you add bonuses, gratuity, and other benefits, you are looking at roughly another KSh 43 million, bringing his total salary and benefits to about KSh 166.3 million, according to Kenyan Wall Street. √ But that is nothing compared to what he made from dividends. James Mwangi holds a 3.39% stake in Equity Bank, estimated to be worth around KSh 8.7 billion. That stake yielded him about KSh 734 million in dividends. √ So in one year (2025), he made approximately KSh 900 million (KSh 166M salary + KSh 734M dividends) from Equity Bank alone. √ Remember, he is also a major shareholder in other companies like Britam, where he has a 2.97% stake. √ Maybe people should stop fighting & killing each other over political seats and start aiming to become business and corporate executives. That is where real and clean money is...

In January, there's a guy who purchased re-bars at a hardware in Kitengela, Kajiado. He paid in full amount (800k) but didn't collect the goods instead he asked the hardware owner to keep them for him but got a receipt. Ofcourse the prices of rebars have gone up since then. This morning he asked the hardware owner to prepare the rebars for him to collect. The hardware owner says, yes the rebars are available but the prices I got this stock for were higher so you have to top up 400k to make 1.2m. My friend is demanding his rebars, at the amount he purchased them in January. The hardware owner on the other hand says you either top up 400k or I refund your 800k. Who's right, who's wrong?. Discuss.

Opening a U.S. business bank account as an international founder is hard. Most banks require things like a U.S. address, SSN, or physical presence. For founders building global companies from outside the U.S., that’s often a major barrier. However, a few modern banks and fintech platforms are making this much easier. Here are 5 options many international founders use: 1. Mercury Great for tech startups and SaaS companies. You can open an account remotely, with no monthly fees, and in many cases no SSN required. Important note: Mercury no longer supports founders from Nigeria. 2. Brex Built for venture-backed startups. It helps companies build business credit, manage spending, and earn competitive APY on balances. 3. Wise Business Excellent for international payments. You get multi-currency accounts and significantly lower foreign exchange fees compared to traditional banks. 4. Grey Business A modern platform designed for global founders. You can create and manage USD accounts and receive international payments easily. 5. Novo A simple, low-fee banking option designed for small to medium-sized businesses. Clean interface and easy integrations with business tools. The reality is this: We’re entering a world where founders can build global companies from anywhere. But infrastructure like banking, payments, and compliance still determines how fast you can move. Knowing the right tools can save you months of friction. If you're an international founder, which banking platform has worked best for you?
