Ridiculous how many of the all time greats didn’t have blinding speed? There’s much more to a receiver, especially great ones. it’s not about the numbers. It’s about the person, they’re make up, character, heart, mind, greatness is about the people, don’t forget that the intangibles . Look at great receivers like, Berry Rice Alworth Belitnikof Warfield Mackey Casper Jefferson Fitzgerald Harrison No one ever mentioned their speed. Just that they were always open and never dropped a ball, numbers, don’t tell the story unless you don’t know the game.

Here’s my question on this play: We have all these rules for what constitutes a catch: Must make a football move, must survive the ground, must take a third step, etc. In this instance, if the Denver defender didn’t come up with the ball and it ended up the ground instead, it would have pretty clearly been ruled incomplete, not a fumble. Right?

I can’t believe what things have come to in the NFL. John Harbaugh has coached the Baltimore Ravens for 18 years. He took them to the playoffs 12 times. He won a Super Bowl for them. The last 4 years they were 10-7, 13-4, 12-5, 8-9. They made the playoffs 3 straight years and missed this year because their kicker missed the game winning FG on the last play of the season. And he was fired???? I’m sorry but I don’t understand. Good luck Baltimore in finding a better coach.
