The law is not on her side though the jury may reward her anyway. It is the parents’ obligation to educate their children. The place of enrollment is the parents’ choice. When the parents saw she was not being educated, they should have mitigated that instead of letting her go years without learning. Lazy parenting. The school is a tool. When that tool malfunctions, you find another tool.
