Hi @efc_fanservices , I sent dm a couple of days ago, but there was no response regarding season ticket,which I still haven't received a link for? although received one for Roma game. Tried ringing but no one from the 'Goodison Park Base Team' were unavailable ? Clock ticking 🤔

@EFC_FansForum @EvertonStadium My dad really needs access to the escalators to get up to the upper level of the south stand due to mobility issues. Our entrance is number 13 which requires using a lot of steps to get up to the upper level. Can he use entrance 12 instead so he can access the escalator?
