@MsiDouglas What these sagas has intensified is that we must move closer towards the transfer window closing before the first game of the season! Ridiculous that top players haven’t played yet this year as they want a new club/challenge, should be over and done with before the season opener!

Problem is what constitutes a reasonable offer? Is it reasonable if it leaves a club in the lurch? £40m might be reasonable on July 1 but not on August 30.

My understanding is that, despite Yoane Wissa's bombshell statement, Brentford stance on his sale HASN'T changed.
It's been the case from the start they needed a replacement in before considering a sale. Still holds. #brentfordfc #nufc

And this is further testament to why #NUFC will struggle this season.. We lack options in most if not all areas for the campaign ahead, we need reinforcements and we need them quickly!

I think Guardiola will have City playing a 4-3-3 with high fullbacks as his go-to this season. I started messing about with formation and names and started running out of space. They have so many options in certain areas.

@ToonMouthTyne Yes, agreed. It’s been beyond frustrating and very naive how we’ve been strung along and hung out to dry by players and agents in the media.. All this after Howe’s statement weeks ago about moving quickly for targets, too much ineptitude covered up because of on pitch success..
