The former First Lady, Hajiya Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, along with her son, Yusuf Buhari, in Daura last night ahead of the Eid al-Adha (Babbar Sallah) celebrations. She will spend the Eid period in Daura, continuing the longstanding tradition of our late boss, former President Muhammadu Buhari, who always preferred to celebrate Eid in his hometown among his people.

What is an achievement to someone is what they define as an achievement to them.
It doesn't need to be a "performing asset" without "endless overhead costs" before it is an achievement.
If someone has a childhood ambition to own a house, works towards it, and achieves it, it is an achievement to them.
Even beyond personal, in many cultures, owning a house is one of the biggest achievements. Parents pray for their children to own a house. It's a lifetime dream of many families.
What is an achievement is not necessarily defined by Naira and Kobo.

It’s a stupid argument & mentality to think owning a house is an achievement, I’ve always argued. It’s largely a non-performing asset with endless overhead costs. The obsession many people in this part of the world have with building houses is crazy, mostly driven by fear of poverty & financial illiteracy.
