This situation. I am from an customer service industry and would not all my employees to let a customer walk away dissatisfied with services. How do you plan on rectifying this situation?

@UPSHelp_CA I had the worst customer experience, I have had in a long time. Disappointed in the way this was handled extremely upset that my package has not been sent when I was suppose to arrive 2 days ago. The customer service rep was disrespectful on how she chose to handle
