That’s why we keep seeing same houses and set in different movies That’s why we don’t see strictly STREET movies anymore No producer wants to put the lives of their cast and crew in the danger of these thugs The stress these thugs put them through is much. They’ll even go as far as destroying their equipments It’s really sad

this whole “show love or settle the boys” culture in Lagos has gone too far. if you refuse to pay, even bystanders start attacking you as if choosing not to be exploited is a problem.
it’s getting to a point where you can’t use public spaces freely, can’t drive in peace, and every small activity feels like an opportunity for someone to demand money.
nothing even pisses me off more than the “we are not begging you for money” yarns when you want to give them a particular amount and they think it’s small.

The officers involved in the unfortunate shooting incident that occurred today in Alagbado have been arrested and taken into custody. The Commissioner of Police has ordered a thorough and intensive investigation into the incident, as well as the adequate deployment of personnel to forestall any breakdown of law and order. Normalcy has been restored to the area.
The Command assures the good people of Lagos State that justice will be served and the outcome of the investigation will be made public in due course.
