Limestone is permeable when it’s cracked. Water dissolves it and causes caves. When the surface weathers away the ground above the cave falls in, forming a sinkhole. Here’s a sinkhole conveniently located less than a mile from Virginia High. Peterson and me for scale.

@WCYB_Ricky Yeah I kinda thought so, too. I didn’t think the wind conditions are right for a KH shear.

Hey @WCYB_Ricky help me out here. Did I grab a picture of just regular cumulus cloud evolution or is this a Kelvin-Helmholtz trying to form on the left side of that cloud?
