Genuinely don’t think the pass was on to Haaland here. IMO the centre back defends the 2v1 superbly and all but cuts off that pass (bar absolutely zipping it through on the run which is a v difficult pass) Textbook defending of that situation. Though im sure someone will freeze it and say i’m talking shite 🤣 but in real time its split second stuff.

@AlexiLalas Make it free or pay them as if this was their job (which very well could be) and give % of every transfer fee back to the club that developed them so they can reinvest and continue developing players. Not that hard when the model is right in front of you winning world cups.

@AlexiLalas Lowering barriers of entry, you have 15,16 year olds leaving home to train for a chance to put food on the table for their families. That type of literal hunger cant be taught, but with the proper structure and support the MLS academies can scout and develop players here too
