As my previous post quickly went viral and it is difficult to convey key messages in few words, I want to clarify a few things before moving on: (1/4)

As an Italian player, I’m also sad to see comments such as “another Italian cheater.” Generalizations are always unfair and harmful, and ultimately wrong (4/4)

• I do not support harassment, bullying, or personal insults toward the exposed player or anyone else involved. Criticism is one thing, personal attacks are not ok (3/4)

I was Round 8 Lucy. I was robbed during our match. The head judge confirmed on Sunday that he should have been disqualified. It’s sad to see what regionals have become after the price spikes. Sharking, cheating, and match-selling are now more frequent than ever. @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN

@MrkDD5 @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN Played against @MrkDD5 at Bonn Regio and I remember him constantly using dice to maintain a clean board state. He was a very kind guy (despite me highrolling him with 4x Newgate back2back) so I fully trust him. Sad to hear that this happened to you man, stay strong!

@Xprt_tcg @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN I understand it's hard to address situations without being present, but standards in evaluating game states, dice/ other counters and players' versions of what happened should be strengthened

@MrkDD5 @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN Ho assistito alla scena ed è stato davvero sgradevole vedere un giocatore comportarsi così al tavolo. Si sente spesso di giocatori “pro” che pur di vincere le provano tutte, ed ora che i premi sono così costosi questi comportamenti stanno aumentando, bisognerebbe fare qualcosa.

@DemonicGtcg @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN He addressed it on Sunday as his mistake, he thought the 2° judge was interfering and taking the call so there was miscommunication among them and they were able to talk only after the game unfortunately

@MrkDD5 @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN Wow as a head judge why would he shut down one of his judges that had potential information that could affect the outcome of the match. If they are a judge they should at least be heard and not ignored. Very disappointing and so sorry this happened to you.

@dogburn55 @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN There is inconsistency in how judges value certain calls. I'm sure if another floor judge or head judge got my call I could have received another result, but they often lack a standard on certain aspects of the game

@MrkDD5 @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN That's such BS because I missed out of top cut at the first nats because my opponent said that I targeted a character that was already zero cost with cost reduction rather than the only other character on board and the judge told me they would have believed me if I had dice.

@stan_notanhero @itMiggs @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN Splitting in top32 is very common and not against the rules, especially with how prices are distributed (I saw from my last top 16 how little value that brings respect to top8 ahaha). I still think it's ridiculous to not even show up and play, it's disrespectful to other players

@itMiggs @MrkDD5 @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN Match selling/buying is against the rules. Splitting the prizes not, and that's what almost all the top32 players that know each others do. I still think this is unsportsmanlike behaviour though. But here we're talking about cheating

@ONEPIECE_tcg_EN What’s the point of competition if this behavior goes unpunished? Is this still a card game, or just a marketplace for fixing results behind the scenes? In Top 32 almost 1/3 of the matches weren’t even played because the results had already been decided beforehand by players...
