I don’t think Mike playbook is bad. Offense definitely looked good in 22 & 23. Offense wasn’t as talented in 24. My main problem was he always went for it every 4th down.

I wouldn't touch his delivery. Torque is excellent, he gets extension and has easy arm action and hand/fingertip control. Natural thrower. Leave it alone & just make sure he knows where to throw and when.
