Dates and times will be decided by the pod, but we'll likely be looking at a November or early December start. Each pod has between 3 and 5 participants, alongside the organising facilitator, so they're lovely small groups.

So many people seem to follow embodiment teachers whose experience of embodiment seems to be that they landed in bodies ripe with a physicality born of good genes and fortunate situations. Perhaps instead we should be looking to learn about embodiment from those in queering, pain filled, bed- or house-bound bodies that have all the reasons to distance themselves from their bodies but find a way to be in and with their bodies just as they are.

Every organisation is ecological, regardless of whether we realise this or not. Just like all humans are ecological, even if we don't realise this. However, knowing ourselves and organisations as ecological opens up whole new worlds: now, we can realise being ecological.

At a guitar show with badgerface and a guy came up to me and said that I must be the supportive wife and my brain is confuddled because I absolutely am a supportive wife so he's spot on but the wrongness of his statement is so huge that my brain feels like it's going to explode.
