Lucky to spend the afternoon among these awesome educators sharing our reviews of current middle grade and YA books! Our first ever summer FMS Staff Book Club was a success! 📚🦅❤️#believeinewing

Any cool humans want to record themselves reading aloud a favorite poem of theirs for my students for the remaining days of National Poetry Month? Will pay in high fives, silly gifs, and maybe a humorous video of my cats if you do a really good job.

To finish “strong,” talk with students about what they gained over the course of this crazy year. Tell them about what you’ve learned.

Interesting to gauge reader sensibilities across different countries. For the most part, my use of second person in Ashlords wasn’t a big win for my US audience. But I keep reading Czech reviews that adore it. Wonder how much that connects to the way it sounds in each language?
