Thinking of the North Hall community as they return to school. To me, the hardest part about grieving is that life just goes on while the pain sets in on those who are hurting. As they move about their day I pray the Soul Provider of Peace & Comfort shows up in a big way.

Double Nickels Fifty-five trips around the sun…most without sunscreen Thank you for the birthday texts and songs. Substituting in Truett’s classroom and dinner with Team Adams at my favorite restaurant made it a sweet day. 5️⃣5️⃣🔄☀️

When the breeder sends puppy updates. The first thing I saw was a little 🖤 on his nose. Do you see it? We should be able to pick Champ up a week from Saturday.

12/12/25 It’s been one year since he took his last breath. There have been so many things that have happened this year that I wanted to call and tell him…extraordinary things that make me imagine the grin he’d have if he were here. I think he would be proud of all of us.
