With all the Taylor Swift news, I’m reminiscing about the time I got to see her in one of her early “eras” at her Fearless tour here in Chicago. Probably the last time I’ll get to see her in concert since I’m not dropping thousands on tickets. 😳💰

I’m not saying I’m extra tired this week, but I just thought I set my watch to record a workout and got confused when after a mile it asked if I was working out. Turns out I set the waterproof lock.

Today was a “2 bites of soup and a handful of candy corn for lunch” kind of day.

There isn’t a lot that surprises me, but today I had to problem solve what to do about a student who got bit by an ostrich. That surprised me.

Some days you get such a big-feeling small win that it energizes you for the rest of the day.

Went a long time without baking/decorating cakes. Was glad my sister asked me to make these for my niece’s party. Felt good to get back into this fun hobby.

Great first day of school! Ran smoothly considering it was day 1. Looking forward to a great year!

@CrumblCookies My bff’s sis was making c.c. cookies and following their gma recipe. 10 min after pulling them out, her bro goes to grab 1. She tells him the recipe says they need to cool for 15 minutes. They get into a 5 min argument about it which ends with “well, they’re cool enough now!” 😂

It’s August, and now I can finally share how amazing my best friend is! She started her own body care business and was offered a chance to partner with Teacher Care Crate to create over 1000 pencil soaps for them. I’m so proud of her!
