Word Scientists were teachers during ABC school! Teachers taught their students about letters, sounds, and names from charts they have become experts at using. #troyunion

Readers have discovered they’re super readers! Ss have been using powers to strengthen one-to-one match, rereading to point and say known high frequency words, and coach their partners when they need support. #troyunion

Ss have been writing about important places. Writers learned to touch the page and say a sentence that tells what that whole page is about. #troyunion

Readers marked pages in their storybooks where they noticed strong feelings. Their sticky notes reminded them to use exact words and sound like the character as they reread the page. #troyunion
