One of my fav. review day activities. Think “Taboo” for math. One student with their back to the board and their group tries to get them to guess the words on the screen. Gets students talking about math with no inhibitions. One student said “we should play this once a week!” 🥰

@runforitgirl For the last round we play “make them draw it”. I post a picture on the board and the guesser has to draw it on a whiteboard or paper. The explainers can say anything but are not allowed to use their hands! At the end we vote for the picture that is closest to the one shown.

@runforitgirl I like groups of 3: 2 “explainers” and 1 “guesser”. We play a few rounds. Once the guesser gets all the words, they raise their hands and I’ll give them stickers. Play until most groups have finished the round. After, we discuss the explanations that they said/heard for each word
