@Perlaaa_Dee @Thomas_LaRochel Honestly, building a safe classroom environment and strong relationships is the best form of classroom management and incentives. Give specific and legitimate praise. Constantly deposit into their "bank" so when you have to make a deposit your still have money in the bank.

@Thomas_LaRochel Hahha those always convinced me lol ummm honestly I’m a little stressed about classroom management this year so I’m trying to incentivize good behavior and all of that fun stuff... idk I’m scared I’m being thrown into the sharks for realsies this time!

Ideas for good student incentives? Didn’t have to worry about that last year since we were all virtual
