This week we learned how to play the Trashcan Place Value game with a partner. We had so much fun using our place value skills.

Mathematicians completed their first 3-Act Task today to figure out how many whoppers were in a jar. Then we shared different strategies we used to solve. @MathematicsFcps

Today we worked together to complete a classroom scavenger hunt to learn all about our room!

Friday Fun!

We are real debaters! Today students defended their arguments on a topic of their choice after weeks of planning and research using scholarly articles. Way to go, 3rd graders!

We had so much fun using our knowledge of simple machines to create inclined planes to safely deliver a marble into a cup.
