I asked the group at this mornings induction, "what do you do for your wellbeing" so many responded with "take the dog for a walk". We recently got a puppy, so I guess, walking him around Tilgate this evening, is looking after my #wellbeing

And we are back! After 3.5yrs away, today we ran our revised face-to-face induction. As always, humbled by the skills and talents of those in the room. Welcome to our trust 😁
