Though The False Prince falls outside of my usual preferences, and I had an aspect "figured out" a third of the way in, it's one of those books I stayed up long past my bedtime to finish. A true page-turner! 1st of 4 means 3 more! #StrausSummerStacks23 @NISDStraus @nisdmsela

The Door of No Return by @kwamealexander is absolutely incredible. Beautiful and heart-rending. Wonderfully crafted and weighty. I'm going to have to sit with this a while, but I'm certainly looking forward to the next two. #StrausSummerStacks23 @NISDStraus @nisdmsela
