@MrsJVentress Hello, the answer is 'you can name someone from within your own school/Trust as your coach. You meet with them twice across the 18 months and that is unpaid. We have found that helps when discussing how the course connects to their own environment.' Ok? #WomenEd 💜💜

Being an effective leader: Be a good person. Know what you’re talking about Surround yourself with people who’ll challenge. Know what it is like for those you are leading. Listen. Explain your decisions. Don’t ask anything you wouldn’t do yourself. Be human. Be kind.
