I was being sent a “dealing and round belt” 🤷♀️. Customer id 233183. I just want my 3 missing bits of plastic back so I can use the dratted machine. Customer service has been appalling and so frustrating.
Hi @karcheruk - you had my twin Sweeper in to service as the wheels were jamming (in warranty) - you’ve sent it back without the parts that hold the brushes in or the dust box handle so it’s entirely & utterly unusable. Email helpline is resolutely ignoring me apart from
