P6, P6/7 and P7 made a commitment to take action to combat climate change and its impacts. As part of our Make a Difference project, we collected hundreds of crisp packets to create artwork and promote recycling around the school.

Multiplying and division by 10/100 being explored in class today-we were very unsure about this at the beginning of the week so following some teaching input it was time to work together and explore through playfulness and self led game design @Clovenstone and we’re getting it!

P7 had a fantastic morning learning about animal adaptations with Fiona at the @NtlMuseumsScot.

Subtraction with exchange, a big hurdle for some to get over in numeracy and we’ve all being trying to use a range of methods and manipulatives to support our thinking - today we were introduced to polypad to support our independence @Clovenstone

Diwali 🪔 lots of opportunity for rich discussion about the Hindu festival of light being celebrated over the next few days. Our most engaged and focused morning in P6/7 so far @Clovenstone keep it up everyone 🕯️
