Our incredible students wrote an acrostic poem to honor their sweet friend, Trevond on his birthday. Trevond is still very much a huge part of our classroom and in our hearts. I was so amazed by the words they came up with to describe him. We miss Trevond beyond words! 💛💙

My favorite memory of Trevond was when he saw a little heart eraser I keep on my desk. One day, he asked me if he could hold onto my heart when he was feeling sad. He was always extra careful and took such good care of it. 😭💔

I can't believe school is right around the corner already! This year, @ElizabethBeane5 and I will be team teaching (YAY!) but with change brings new challenges. As we prepare, we put a list together to make our classroom both fun and engaging for our new students.
