Thinking of the year 6 children, staff and parents/carers this week ⭐️

As today is my last day before maternity leave, we are celebrating with a cosy afternoon and cake 🎂❤️

Year 2 have enjoyed creating aboriginal art this half term! They have learnt all about stippling, printing,overprinting and stencilling 👍 @MissScottStAug @Mrs_FraserSA @MrsHaworth_StA

Year 1 and 2 enjoyed watching their models inspired by houses from 1666 being set on fire🔥! It showed us how quickly the fire spread during the Great Fire of London. @MissScottStAug @MissPayneStAug @Mrs_FraserSA @AspinMiss @staugustine_p

Year 2 have been learning about aboriginal art. They have experimented with different equipment to create dot patterns and have used their colour mixing skills from last half term to create different colours.

Year 2 have been inspired by Piet Mondrian and David Best to experiment with colour mixing to create Great Fire of London creations. We can’t wait to see the final results 👏 @MissScottStAug @Mrs_FraserSA
