It makes me giggle to think of Mrs. Patel or Mr. Sanborn rocking fancy shoes. 👠

First grader: When I grow up, I want to be a principal! Me: That’s awesome! You will be great! What made you decide to be a principal? First grader: You get to walk around in fancy shoes just saying hello to everyone all day. Me: 😳

@MrMinsley I think they lost $100 in money, $70 in goods, and another $30 in money. So yes, $200 total. But at first I thought only $100. What a great problem!

@Jrudzinsky As an elementary teacher I’d love if you could post names of the student athletes you post pictures of. I always try to imagine them as 10 years old and wonder if they are my former students.

@MadiSP4321 I think you typed it wrong: “POPULAR opinion” Absolutely cancel homework. Parents, kids, teachers, coaches, etc. we’d all enjoy it. If S’s can do it independently they don’t need practice. If they can’t do it they need instruction from the teacher. And don’t take their recess.
