We do fun math things relevant to curriculum before holidays. S loved activity. Were trying to guess at each step what were making while reviewing course work we have covered so far this year. What do you do to get students to motivated to work before a holiday or break?

This is a great low-tech, low-bar, high engagement way to get students to read, practice memorization strategies and collaborate with others. Everyone can participate and it builds curiosity for any content regardless of grade level. Thank you, @mrshowell24 for sharing!!
