Just popping on here to say that I had a heart attack last week. I’m now out of hospital and home. A couple of other things have been identified during scans so have early heads up. Investigations into those things start next week. Listen to your body! Be kind to yourself.

On 25th April Dad passed away. The most wonderful father who always looked for the goodness in others & demonstrated kindness, courage & selflessness throughout his entire life. He was a very special man who will be missed so much • #father #lossofaparent #foreverinmyheart
