My 4 year old coeliac daughter was glutened @BellaItalia_UK even though we checked numerous times. She was really poorly and had to miss the start of our holiday. Was assured someone would be in touch but 9 weeks later still nothing. Awful, especially when @Coeliac_UK accredited.
