@mdf200 My dog's epilepsy drugs are so expensive I buy a paper prescription from the vet 4 times a year for £30 and order them online. If its reduced to £21 I will save £36 a year.

@Duffycaramole So funny! If I'm eating something Meg feels she should share she will stand in front of me watching - and if I take too long she drools!

@MrsP1001 Funny girl! Daughter sent me a pic last night of her husband opening his b/day pres from us: meaty goodies from the farm shop (he's a real carnivore). One dog was on him, trying to get at the bag. The other two were in front of him, Moose literally drooling. Absolutely hilarious.

Also seeing a lot of accounts reporting deaths of beloved pets. When you scroll through, there's never a mention of a pet except that one tweet. In a couple, they mention the deaths of other pets too and other emotive click-bait stuff. Very weird.

@WoodlandNomad During covid I knew names of all the local dogs. Humans were 'Jackson's dad' etc. I was friends with Lola's mum - one day Lola was out with an older lady and I asked if she was Lola's grandma - she laughed and said yes. Lola is a labradoodle.

I met a dog I know in the woods today. Caused his owner some confusion when I stopped to say hello. More confusion when I said “You must be David’s wife” She was. I’ve never met her but her husband & I have got to know each other after our dogs met ☺️

@PixieTruth Meningitis is a highly contagious illness which can kill in less than a day. You have no medical qualifications. Perhaps you should keep quiet.

Here we go again, almost 6 years to the day. The fear mongering over this ‘outbreak’ of Meningitis in the UK is going to get out of control guaranteed.
Dr Charlotte Houldcroft@DrCJ_Houldcroft

Dear students in the UK, if you haven't had your teenage meningitis vaccine or aren't sure if you have had it, PLEASE arrange with your GP to get vaccinated nhs.uk/vaccinations/m… It helps prevent tragic deaths like those that have occured recently in Kent.

@dereksboys No. If you watch or record any live TV on any channel, including cable /satellite, then you need a TV licence. So if you watch ITV, Sky News, live shows on YouTube then you need a license. tvlicensing.co.uk/check-if-you-n…

@DianaBlackburne @AnthonyAinsdale @Oftheforest2 Well brought up? Johnson's father beat up his mother and put her in hospital, and had an affair with their au pair. Johnson himself is a scruffy lazy slob. His books are poor and his newspaper columns more soundbites than actual substance.

@AnthonyAinsdale @Oftheforest2 Starmer and Boris couldn’t be more different. Poles apart. Boris is a scholar, well brought up and well mannered. I’ve never seen him lose his temper.

When Boris was in select committee's all the MP's were personally vile to him and he never lost his temper and was always polite. Starmer on the other hand is an angry tosser.

@Spring68 @AnthonyAinsdale Are you talking about the same Johnson? Johnson is a scruffy, lazy, lying serial adulterer with a nasty temper who tried to get his then mistress a well paid job for which she was unqualified and also had 'liaisons' in his office at Westminster.

Britain is sucking the life out of me, and I know I’m not the only one. We’ve got a Prime Minister with the charisma of a wet sock. I’d rather have my teeth drilled without anaesthetic than listen to that voice for thirty seconds. He’s the only politician I’ve ever had to mute on here, and I’d keep him muted even if he announced tomorrow that he was wiring me a billion pounds on the sole condition that I listen to him say make the announcement. This country has gifted the world an evolutionary accident. The man looks like evolution started turning bacteria into a human being, got bored halfway through, shrugged, and said “good enough". Meet the Toolmaker’s Son, now running Great Britain. The fact that this is the bloke in charge is genuinely one of the saddest stories in modern political history. I’d happily shit in my hands and clap like a circus seal if it meant bringing back literally any of his predecessors. Enough, I beg you, enough.

@nstaylor601 Bless you. We lost Big Dave on 27th Feb last year. But he got more than one mention in his time with us. These people suddenly put someone about the death of a beloved animal who'd been their 'absolute world' (or similar) despite no previous mention of them.

𝗔 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗛 𝗕𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗘𝗦: 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗨𝗣 𝗢𝗥 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡'𝗦 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗥. An open letter from Bishop Ceirion Dewar has gone viral in Britain over two million views, 56,000 likes, and 3,500 signatures. The message is addressed to King Charles. And it does not mince words. "I cannot remain silent while the Christian foundations of this kingdom are steadily dismantled," the bishop wrote. He laid out what he sees happening in plain terms. Christian belief is mocked in the public square. Christian morality is dismissed as intolerance. Christian institutions are pressured to surrender doctrine in order to conform to the ideology of the age. And then he put it directly to the King a man who swore a coronation oath as Defender of the Faith: "You may preside over the quiet dissolution of Britain's Christian identity. Or you may rise to the ancient responsibility entrusted to the Crown and speak with clarity about the faith that built this kingdom. The first path requires little courage. The second will require a great deal. But it is the path that history honours." This is not a fringe voice crying in the wilderness. This letter landed because millions of British Christians recognize the reality it describes. A civilization built over a thousand years on a specific set of beliefs, institutions, and moral foundations is being systematically stripped of that identity and the people charged with defending it have, largely, watched in silence. The bishop's warning applies as much to America as it does to Britain. He wrote that if Christianity is "cast aside, the nation will discover too late that it has severed itself from the very roots that sustained it." That is not a religious argument. It is a civilizational one. 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵. 𝗔 𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁. What's your thoughts??

Six years on from lockdown. Restore Britain will quash all convictions for non-violent breaches of lockdown rules - nobody will have a criminal record for breaking insane laws that should never have been implemented. We will refund fines, and the state will apologise. A line will be drawn. Vast non-COVID medical harm directly caused by lockdown and fear messaging will be properly investigated. The truth will not be concealed any longer by an establishment complicit in the guilt. We will tell the truth. Life years lost will be how we measure lockdown's impact - demonstrating the horrific suffering that was inflicted on the young. Delayed diagnosis/missed treatment for cancer, heart attacks, everything. The impact on children's development will be fairly and independently analysed. The results will be presented, to show the damage that lockdown did to millions of children. For ZERO benefit. Targeted tax breaks will be introduced to industries still reeling from the impact. Those who lost their jobs because they refused to take the COVID vaccine will also be properly compensated for financial loss and reputational damage. A Restore Britain Government would apologise for vaccine mandates and passports. That was morally repugnant - it would be formally accepted by Parliament. Those who have lost their lives because of that will be recognised. The Vaccine Damage Payment scheme will be overhauled to actually deliver proper compensation to those affected today, and to the families of those who have lost loved ones. It should always have been an entirely free choice for adults - no persuasion, no blackmail, no mandates. None of it. I hated it. Those who implemented all of this will be investigated by a fully independent commission. If they have been found to falsely manipulate and twist the evidence to push a damaging pro-lockdown agenda, they will go to prison. If they were found to allow the injection of healthy young children with that vaccine, knowing the damage that would be caused? Prosecutions will follow. To the many decent Reform voters who hold the same concerns… If you want to campaign to put Nadhim Zahawi into Parliament, that is your choice. Stay in Reform. The man wanted to allow children to overrule their parents in order to take the COVID vaccine? Can you back him? Ask yourself that honestly. Restore Britain will fight to keep him out. Join us. Accountability is what we need. And that is what Restore Britain would deliver. A political party to finally fight for lockdown accountability. We won’t simply pretend none of it ever happened. We will ensure that it doesn’t happen again, and we will ensure that those who were responsible are held accountable.
