Before Day 1 and after Day 4! It’s been a great week! Visited 15 schools and 19 teachers, plus assisted in the classroom part of each day. This teacher is tired!!

Such an amazing encore team I have had the privilege of working with each year! I am going to miss them and my whole Fox Family next year! @FH_NKCSD

Today I finished my final performance at Fox Hill. Our talent show was great and I was surprised with sweet gifts from the staff and students. Each student added their fingerprint to this picture! ❤️ Such a meaningful gift to take with me on my next journey!

An exciting week of final concerts for most of our NKC High Schools! I enjoyed getting to watch Oak Park and Staley students perform! @NKCVocalMusic

So cool to watch the Staley freshman choir perform and see 3 of the 4 soloist be Fox Hill students!!

Last field trip at Fox Hill with Kindergarten and 1st grade learning about the KC Zoo and songs that match the different animals!

I’m so excited for next year! I love my Fox Family and will miss them dearly but I am looking forward to the next chapter with NKC as the Vocal Music Coordinator!

Kindergarten did such an amazing job at their first program! We sang all about camping and our families loved it!! @FH_NKCSD @NKCVocalMusic

Most of our elementary music teachers had a great morning learning with Traci King! Others got to learn about Standards Based Learning and start making proficiency scales. @NKCVocalMusic

We got to have some fun playing our rainbow xylophones this morning. The song got faster each time so it became a speed challenge while also practicing high do! @FH_NKCSD @NKCVocalMusic

So excited to watch our amazing 5th graders perform at their strings event tonight. I can’t believe they are about to move on to Gateway! @FH_NKCSD

Last day of ukulele club at Fox Hill! I love hanging out with this awesome group of musicians every Tuesday morning. @FH_NKCSD

Great work tonight by our 2nd and 4th grade students at their music concert! 2nd grade got to have a Pajama Party which the 4th grades sang Songs of Many Colors. @FH_NKCSD

So much fun today with 5th grade at the Kansas City Symphony for Link Up! @FH_NKCSD @NKCVocalMusic

Such a great morning with Kelly Whisinnand learning about emotions through music. I love when music teachers can get together to make music, have fun and take ideas back to their classroom. @NKCVocalMusic

Such a great performance today by Staley Chamber Choir at MMEA. There was some great support from the district in the audience as well. Way go to Staley!! @NKCVocalMusic
