Great night at the Washington County Teacher of the Year dinner! I’ve been so incredibly lucky to get to watch my mentor through the process and to have such a wonderful, supportive role model. She’s always the teacher of the year to us!

Instead of an egg hunt, my students surprised me with a “ring hunt” this morning! Gosh, they’re the best! I love being Mrs. Snyder and I love being their teacher!! 💍❤️👰

47th annual Williamsport Gym Show was fantastic! Lots of fun to watch and a great chance to support my learners outside of the classroom! Good thing they have a 3 day weekend- they worked so hard tonight!

What a fun trip to the Planetarium! After spending time acting out the Greek myths to practice their fluency, students were super excited to see the gods and goddesses they play up in the night sky! #WCPSIDEA

The letters are in! Looks like I have a lot of writing to do this weekend! 📝So excited to learn more about my new Ss and to have the chance to build positive relationships by continuing this throughout my internship!

A6: Tonight I have learned how much support there is in other student teachers, mentors, and IDEA. Everyone is so willing to share ideas, concerns, resources, and guidance. I look forward to another great internship knowing I am part of such a wonderful community! #WCPSIDEA

A4: In my spring placement there are 1-1 iPads. I look forward to getting the chance to implement more technology in my lessons and use it to provide more student choice. I will need mentor support and I have already begun using online resources to prepare.#WCPSIDEA

A3: I found balance to be difficult at times. This semester I planned my time out better in order to work more effectively and ensure that I can give my best self every time I enter the classroom. #WCPSIDEA
