We have been learning all about plants 🌱 & made our own little greenhouses! Our kidney beans 🫘 sprouted & then we planted them & provided them with soil, sunlight, air, water & space to grow!We documented our observations in our plant journals! @STA_ycdsb @YCDSB

What an amazing day running, climbing, jumping and bouncing in the ropes and obstacle courses at Tree Walk Village! The FDk students had so much fun among the trees! Big smiles all around! 🌳🧗‍♀️☀️@TreetopTrekking @STA_ycdsb @YCDSB

A super fun FDK field trip today learning all about how maple syrup is made from the trees! We got to tap the trees & collect the sap in the buckets! Finally,we got to sample the sweet treat in the Sugar Shack! A great day exploring a Spring Canadian tradition! @STA_ycdsb @YCDSB

🤖Introducing Our FDK 3D Shape Robots! 🤖Students created these amazing new friends using 3D Shapes found in our environment. They were delighted to present & share them with their classmates! Fabulous job little inventors!! @STA_ycdsb @YCDSB
