@MissT_teaches Try to be consistent both with your rules/routines, it’s ok to throw away the lesson sometimes to have a conversation w/your students, if they trust you, they will learn from you, relationships are key w/your kids and colleagues. Smile! Let them see you for you. You’ve got this!
