There's "teacher busy" and "normal busy". When a teacher says they are busy, it usually means they haven't had lunch, been to the toilet or stopped for a single second to acknowledge life for a while.

This time last week I was at school till 7:50 readying myself for my first Ofsted in 7 years. As the new English Lead I was incredibly nervous but on reflection the amazing comments I got from my SLT and the inspectors were a huge confident boost #beingallowedtoshine #proud #team
