@heymrsbond When I’m at my best I double my recipe for Sun dinner for left overs to get us to Tu, then Tu I cook 2 separate but easy meals to get us to Th dinner and to complete lunches for the week. Then Th I either cook for Th/F or just Th. Fri/Sat we wing it. Grocery pick up after work.
