As the school year nears, I can’t help but reflect on my last 2 years on teaching. I’ll be in a new district and I am already missing those sweet faces in the hallway. I am so proud of how I have grown as an educator. This profession is so hard but definitely rewarding.❤️

I hope most districts realize school is not 8-4 reality for students now. Homes w/ 1 computer, no computer, kids waiting to use a computer, taking care of siblings, helping parents, parents working, parents unemployed, people sick. Teachers focus is needs of kids not a schedule

It was hard going into my classroom today knowing that it would be empty. It was just as I left it 6 weeks ago. I miss my kids more than anything. I miss teaching face-to-face. #heartbroken
