As of yesterday , n=1938 probability cases, combining those who have received a dose ,with those who say they will in the residual non-vaxxed public, we arrive at 87% vaxxed .Pretty well everyone who has taken a first dose wants a second one . This is very good news @trevortombe

If you're booking as a part of 2C or 2D it will be Pfizer or Moderna (you can't choose between the two) through AHS. They are very clear when you are booking for AZ (which we are out of anyways).
