What a smarmy, narrow minded response. I never said it was the apple cider vinegar, I just highlighted how AI helped me get my life back after years of medical run arounds from professionals. It wasn't Apple Cider vinegar itself, it was peptides emerging from my stomach hitting my vagus nerve, this was due to internal pressure from excess visceral fat and years of high acid/ coffee/ drinking that relaxed the stomach. The irritation caused an intense nervous response that felt exactly like breathlessness but was a nerve sensation, not low oxygen levels. After a month of strict dieting I can now guzzle apple cider vinegar, but it was a fairly complex physiological state brought on from thinking I had a good metabolism combined with the standard western diet where I was eating way too much bacon and pizza. The AI gave me a diabetes reversal diet of zero fat and unlimited carbs and it's been a god send. I have my life back now. Feel free to post more low info, smarmy garbage at your leisure.

For what it's worth Grok changed my life by diagnosing a chronic health issue i've been living with for years, doctors were worthless, multiple ER trips yeilded nothing. On a whim told AI that apple cider vinegar was making me breathless and now a month into a new diet and I feel I have my life back. It won't be a magic bullet for everyone, but for health, AI is amazing.
